To place an online request for quotation, complete this RFQ form in its entirety. In the "services interested in section", select the service needed. Use the "remainder of your information text area" for listing all of the specific order requirements for the service selected. *Also email any necessary files that may be useful and needed for quotation.
For Scanning and Digitizing - List all of the following info: If it is a single sided, double sided, or multi layer board. The full size of the board (x & y dimensions). The total number of artwork layers to be digitized (example - component side, solder side, internal layers, solder masks, silk screens, etc.). The type of artwork you will be providing. Note if you require a drill file to be generated (drill files are always quoted and included unless otherwise specified) or if you already have one that you would like us to use and snap to. Note if you are needing any other file types to be generated that you do not have artwork on (such as solder masks, mechanical detail drawings, etc.). If you are wanting any design changes made, list those in detail as well. *Email any electronic files you may have that can be quoted from such as - examples: pdf artwork drawings, drill drawings, customer supplied drill files, design change notes, etc.
For Database Translations - Note the design format type you have. And specify the file format that you need the design converted to. *Email the files that you are looking to have converted for quoting review and converting from.
